With the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) affecting us all, we are experiencing extremely high demand for products and a huge volume of traffic, emails and phone calls; and are working around the clock to best serve you. We are committed to supporting you during this time of uncertainty.

We are open 

We endeavour to remain open to serve you for as long as the Government allows. Our store is fully operational, given the unpredictability of business hours/restrictions due to possible COVID-19 related lockdowns, repairs for PC's/laptops and new custom builds may experience some delay.

Changes to keep you safe

We have made some store changes in the best interest of our staff, and our customers' health and well-being. Your safety and our collective role in preventing the transmission of this virus is paramount.

Our staff are frequently sanitising high traffic areas in our stores. We ask that you sanitise your hands prior to entering our store

If you are feeling unwell – please do not visit our store – please call and we will arrange delivery or pick up service from your car.

We are limiting contact where possible, and ask our customers and staff to keep a distance of 1.5m at all times in-store as per the Social Distancing Guidelines set in place by the Government.

Orders: Delays, Shortages and Cancellations

Due to the unprecedented number of orders placed, there may be delays in processing orders. We are working rapidly to source stock for high demand items, including monitors, docks, webcams and other home office equipment.
Regrettably, international supply chain shortages and panic buying has meant that there are orders that we will not be able to supply and will be forced to cancel and refund. It is an issue that is being faced by businesses large and small, and we do apologise for this inconvenience.

Price Increases & Change of Mind Returns

Due to supply shortages, and the current state of trade in the industry and health concerns, we are suspending ‘Change of Mind’ returns on orders until further notice.

COVID SAfe Check-in

As part of the new Government guidelines all customers (one per household) are required to check in via the “mySA GOV” app, using the in store QR codes provided. If you do not have access to the app our staff will provide a sign-in form upon entering the store.
